(3) Is within the internationally accepted standards and has the physicochemical characteristics described herein;

(4) Has been aged and matured using oak barrels of various species, as well as its roasting capacities and levels;

(5) Meets all the requirements to be sold as such within the European Union and exported outside of its frontier.
